Austin came to town to help with a short film. Well...not a film because we didn't actually use any film...but short video sounds weird. Anyway...there was forest frolicking involved so I snapped a few photos.
Don't be fooled by the orange and brown autumn loveliness. It is more than uncomfortably hot and everything is dying due to the ridiculous drought. A giant cloud covered the house for a few hours today and made everything all dreary and wonderful. But it's supposed to be 106° tomorrow†. Whomp, whomp. Moving on....
This photo is very Snow White to me. If she were down with hibiscus house-dresses.
